Ingredients
  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 30g cheese (cheddar/mozzarella work well)

Method

In a frying pan, cook the bacon until brown. Top with tomato and cheddar (or cheese of your choice) then cover pan with a lid and steam for 1 minute to heat tomato and melt the cheese.
