Who doesn't love a tender, juicy beef pattie!

Ingredients
  • 600 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg
Preparations:
  • Mix together all ingredients gently. 
  • Divide into 4 equal amounts. Form into patties.
  • Heat your pan to high. Brush each patty with a little olive oil on each side to ensure it will not stick. 
  • Grill for 2 minutes each side (or until cooked to your liking).
  • Serve inside a lettuce leaf or with a fresh salad
