Ingredients
  • 2 Avocado 

  • 100g Tomato (diced) 

  • 100g Feta Cheese (crumbled)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon Juice

Preparations:
  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the seed. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

  2. On a pan over medium heat, add a spray of olive oil, place avocados green side down. Grill until it is browned to your liking.

  3. Once done, place on a plate, add diced tomatoes, feta cheese and season with a little salt and pepper.
