2 Avocado
100g Tomato (diced)
100g Feta Cheese (crumbled)
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Lemon Juice
Cut avocados in half, remove the seed. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
On a pan over medium heat, add a spray of olive oil, place avocados green side down. Grill until it is browned to your liking.
Once done, place on a plate, add diced tomatoes, feta cheese and season with a little salt and pepper.
