The air fryer is an great choice when it comes to cooking halloumi because it makes some deliciously crispy cheese that will have you going back for seconds!
Carbs per serving:
225g Halloumi Cheese
Olive oil spray
Heat air fryer to 200°C for at least 3 minutes.
Slice the halloumi into 6 “sticks” each about ½-inch in height and width, running the full length of the cheese
Spray each side of the cheese sticks with a light layer of olive oil. Sprinkle each side with ground black pepper. Place in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes. Flip each piece of cheese and fry for another 3 minutes. One cheese stick is one serving.
