The air fryer is an great choice when it comes to cooking halloumi because it makes some deliciously crispy cheese that will have you going back for seconds!

  • 225g Halloumi Cheese
  • Olive oil spray
  • Black pepper
  • Heat air fryer to 200°C for at least 3 minutes.
  • Slice the halloumi into 6 “sticks” each about ½-inch in height and width, running the full length of the cheese
  • Spray each side of the cheese sticks with a light layer of olive oil. Sprinkle each side with ground black pepper. Place in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes. Flip each piece of cheese and fry for another 3 minutes. One cheese stick is one serving.
