These low carb chocolate balls are a real treat! It's an easy snack for those following a low carb lifestyle. Enjoy them just as a little snack or with a hot cup of tea!

Ingredients
  • 2 scoops of Atkins chocolate shake mix
  • 40 g. almond flour
  • 200 mls of water
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener stevia
  • 15 g. coconut flour
  • 1.50 tbsp coconut oil
  • 30 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 10 g. ground walnuts
Method

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix coconut oil in really well with your hands. Add more water if mixture is too dry. Roll the mixture into 6 balls, roll the balls in crushed nuts. Place in the balls on a tray and pop them in the freezer for 10 mins to set then store them in an air tight container in the fridge.
