Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 170 grams (5 bars) of Atkins milk chocolate
  • 2 cups of Strawberries

Preparations:    

 

  • Heat the cream with a pinch of salt over medium heat in a small saucepan until tiny bubbles show and begins to lightly and slowly simmer.
  • Remove from heat, break up the Atkins chocolate and add then whisk until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the chocolate mix to a fondue pot heated at low or with a low flame, or serve straight from the pot.
  • Arrange the strawberries on a platter around the chocolate pot.
  • Use a fondue fork or bamboo skewer to dip the strawberries into the hot melted chocolate mixture. Eat immediately.
