Ingredients
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 2 x Atkins Milk Chocolate bars melted, cooled
  • 45 g powdered Swerve 
  • 60 g heavy cream
  • Garnish with 2 x raspberries (optional) 
Method
  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sweetener until combined.
  2. Add in the melted chocolate and beat to combine.
  3. Slowly add in the heavy cream, while beating on medium speed. Increase the speed to high and beat for 1-2 minutes, until creamy and fluffy.
  4. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
