Ingredients
  • 8 large brussel sprouts 
  • 4 slices of pastured bacon
  • Salt & pepper taste
Preparations:

•  Preheat oven to 175 °C and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up.

•  Roll each Brussels sprout in half a slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick and place on the baking sheet.

•  Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon reaches the desired crispiness.
