Ingredients
  • 90 grams frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries & strawberries)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened Greek yoghurt 
  • 1 cup ice
Method
  • Place frozen berries, almond milk, yoghurt and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a bowl.
