Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (or full fat coconut milk)
  •  
    1 sachet of splenda (add gradually to taste)
  • 1 cup of raspberries 
Method
With an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream, splenda and cream of coconut until soft peaks form. Serve with the berries.
