This Cauliflower Egg Salad is a creamy side dish that is perfect for BBQs or lunches!

Ingredients
  • 10 hard-boiled eggs
  • 567 g of cauliflower florets
  • 237 ml full fat mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper
  • 7 g curry powder
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
Preparations:
  • Boil eggs and cut in half and put to the side
  • Make sauce by mixing mayonnaise, curry powder, celery, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Wash & dry cauliflower florets and then mix with sauce. Top with eggs and garnish with parsley (optional).
