A delicious cauliflower side dish that is lightly tossed in olive oil and then coated in a mix of herbs.

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil 
  • 1 teaspoon chopped oregano
Preparations: 
  1. In a large pot, boil cauliflower in water until crisp and tender.
  2. Drain off the water using a sieve and wait 5 min to ensure the cauliflower is dry
  3. Pop cauliflower in a bowl and drizzle on oil and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Add herbs and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
