A yummy treat so you don't have to miss out on chocolate!

  • 110 g dark chocolate with a minimum of 80% cocoa solids
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 30 g chopped nuts


  • Melt the chocolate in a sauce pan on low heat or in a microwave. Stir in vanilla. Let cool for a few minutes until the chocolate begins to thicken. It should not be too liquid.
  • Pour onto baking paper on a baking tray and sprinkle the nuts on top. Let cool to set completely. Once set, crack into about 15 pieces. Store in the fridge in a tightly sealed container.
