Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa unsweetened
  • 1 tsp granulated splenda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Method

  1. Melt the butter in the mug in the microwave.
  2. Add the almonds, cocoa and sweetener. Mix well.
  3. Add the egg and all other ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Cook in the microwave on HIGH for 1.5 minutes or until cooked in the centre.
  5. Serve with whipped cream.
