  • 1 Atkins Breadmix

 

Method

Serving size: 4 crackers (1g carbs per cracker)

  • Bake bread as per Atkins bread mix instructions
  • Cool and then pop into freezer for at least one hour - do not let it freeze solid.
  • Slice the loaf thinly whilst semi frozen.  Please ensure you have a sharp knife.  
  • Place thinly sliced bread onto baking trays lined with baking paper (should make approx 40 crackers)
  • Place back into a preheated oven at 120c/250F. Bake for 40-45 mins- No need to leave room between crackers as they will not spread. 
  • The crackers will continue to crisp as they cool. When completely cool, store in an airtight container.  Will last for up to 4 x weeks.
