Try this simple crustless bacon and egg pie. A family favourite that everyone is sure to love.

  • 8 eggs - medium
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 spring onion finely sliced
  • 2 slices bacon diced
  • 100 g grated/ shredded cheese
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • grated/ shredded cheese to garnish
  1. Whisk the eggs and cream with a fork.
  2. Add all the other ingredients, reserving the extra cheese for the top.
  3. Pour into a 20cm square baking dish that has been greased and lined with baking paper.
  4. Place a bit more cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes
