The juicy Ginger Sesame Pork goes lovely with the ginger, soya sauce and sesame oil. Serve cauliflower rice with this to complete your dinner.

  • 200 g. cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp cooking sherry
  • 4 scallions
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 splenda
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger root
  • 340 g. pork tenderloin

Slice the boneless pork loin as thinly as you can. Mix together everything else in a medium-size bowl. Add the pork, stir to coat, and let it marinate for at least a half an hour.

Over high heat, heat the oil in a wok. Add the pork with all of the marinade and stir-fry until meat is cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Serve with cauliflower rice. Cauliflower Rice: Put the cauliflower through your food processor, using the shredding blade to give a texture like rice. Steam it for 5 mins.
