Ingredients
  • 2120 ml heavy whipping cream 
  • 1 scoop Atkins chocolate protein powder
  • 150 ml Atkins vanilla protein shake
Preparations:    
  • Place a medium-sized mason jar on a scale to weigh the ingredients. Alternatively, use the cup measurements.
  • Place the cream, protein powder and protein drink into the jar.
  • Cover and shake the jar for 2 minutes until thick and well combined.
  • Freeze for 4 hours.
  • Eat straight from the jar or place into a cup or bowl for easy scooping.
