This low carb Lamb Shank is a lovely dinner, the mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, leeks and herbs make it a great dish! Serve this dish on a nice plate and let your table guests enjoy it!
Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4. Heat olive oil, when hot add lamb shanks and brown all over. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine, cover pot and put in oven for 2 hrs until meat is tender.
