Ingredients
  • 20 mushroom
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 2 red onion
  • 240 ml red wine
  • 4 leeks
  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 6 clove(s) garlic
  • 4 lamb shank
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparations:

Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4. Heat olive oil, when hot add lamb shanks and brown all over. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine, cover pot and put in oven for 2 hrs until meat is tender.
