Try this recipe for a low carb Thai Beef Salad! This salad has it all: the rich taste of beef slices and fresh vegetables, finish it up with a drizzle of the dressing.
Put salad leaves and coriander in a bowl, add ribboned courgette and chopped pepper, carrot, celery and toasted seeds.
In a small bowl mix the chilli sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and lime juice. Add the cooked beef slices to bowl. Drizzle over the dressing and serve.
