1 cup almonds
1/4 cup hazelnuts
1 cup macadamias
1/4 cup pepita
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Drizzle: 2 Atkins Dark Chocolate Bars
Preheat your oven to 150°C and line a baking tray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except Atkins Dark Chocolate) and mix until the maple syrup is evenly distributed.
Melt Atkins Dark Chocolate by placing the wrapped bars submerging in a bowl of boiling hot water.
Carefully cut a corner of the wrapped bars and drizzle the melted chocolate over your baked muesli.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, transfer to an airtight container, and enjoy!
