These keto almonds are made with roasted almonds, cinnamon and a sweet coating.

Ingredients
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 1/3 cup Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 cups, whole Almonds
Preparations: 
  1. Heat oven to 175°C
  2. Combine the egg white, sugar substitute, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Beat with a fork until frothy.
  3. Add almonds and toss to coat. Spread out in a single layer on nonstick baking paper or a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning once, until toasted and crisp. Remove from oven and place baking sheet on a baking rack
  5. When the nuts are cool, remove from pan and store in an airtight container at room temperature up to one week
