Ingredients
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 71 grams natural Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 125ml water (more if needed to adjust consistency)
  • 16 grams Coriander leaves and stems
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a squeeze of lime juice
Method

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
