Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 250g
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice 15 mL 
  • 1 clove garlic minced 
  • ¼ tsp each salt and pepper 
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced 
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion 
Method
  • Yogurt Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, dill, lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper.
