Bacon-wrapped salmon with lemon butter is the quickest and yummiest dinner - enjoy!

  • 150 g salmon fillet
  • 2 slices streaky bacon
  • 35 g butter
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Fresh dill to garnish (optional)
  1. Place the streaky bacon on a chopping board.
  2. Place the salmon fillet across the bacon. Roll up tightly
  3. Place in the frying pan, cover, and fry gently for 10 minutes until the salmon and bacon are cooked.
  4. Heat the butter in a small sauce pan until it starts to bubble. Remove from heat and let cool a little. Gently add some lemon juice and thyme.
  5. Pour the lemon butter over the salmon and serve with a side dish of your choice.
