  • 1.6kg boneless, cooked Fresh Ham
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
  • 1 3/4 tbsps Dijon Mustard
Preparations:

  2. In a small bowl mix 1/3 cup syrup and mustard until blended. Brush mixture over ham. Bake 1½ hours, basting occasionally with glaze
