Ingredients
  • 5 black olives
  • 5 avocado
  • 30 gram crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 gram fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 50 gram cucumber
  • ½ small red onion
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
Method

Combine the salad ingredients, stir together the oil & vinegar and toss. Top with feta cheese.
