Ingredients
  • 35 grams ground coffee
  • 350mls of water
  • 50 mL Cream
  • 2 tbsp Splenda (optional)
Method
Combine all ingredients in a small jug and stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved. Pour mixture into ice block moulds and place in freezer.
Ice blocks are approximately 100mL each.
