35 grams ground coffee
350mls of water
50 mL Cream
2 tbsp Splenda (optional)

Method
Combine all ingredients in a small jug and stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved. Pour mixture into ice block moulds and place in freezer. Ice blocks are approximately 100mL each.
