This stuffed capsicum makes for an tasty lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
  • 2 medium sized Capsicum
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • chilli flakes (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
Preparations:
  1. Mash the cottage cheese, cream and feta and 3-4 tablespoons of water in a bowl until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes pepper.

  2. Cut capsicum in halves, core and wash. 

  3. Fill capsicum halves with the cottage cheese mixture and serve.
