Ingredients
  • 1 telegraph Cucumber (weighing approx. 250grams) 
  • 60 grams Smoked Salmon
  • 60 grams Cream Cheese
  • 85 grams Avocado sliced  

Method

  • Wash the skin of the cucumber and cut off the two ends.
  • Slice the cucumber into 3cm thick slices.
  • Hollow out the seedy centre of each slice of cucumber
  • Stuff the salmon, cream cheese and avocado ingredients into the centre of the slices of cucumber
  • Enjoy!
