Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • juice from half a small lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 chopped medium tomato (for garnish)
Preparations:
  1. Slice avocados in half, lengthwise, peel skin and remove pits. 
  2. Place in a bowl the tuna, mayonnaise, red onion and lemon juice. Mix to combine. Add salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Stuff tuna into avocado halves and then add some tomato wedges. Refrigerate for a few hours or serve immediately.
