Curry beef kebabs are a quick and easy recipe to make for a delicious lunch or dinner.

  • 1 tablespoon Canola Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red or Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • 340grms Beef Top Sirloin 
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • Preheat BBQ or grill
  • Combine oil, garlic (minced), curry powder and cayenne pepper (if desired) in a large bowl; add beef pieces and mix. 
  • Add beef pieces on four skewers. 
  • Season the beef skewers with salt and grill 8 -10 minutes, turning occasionally, for medium, less for rare, more for well done. 
  • Season to taste with additional salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
