A yummy and creamy mousse - perfect from phases 2-4.
Method
First make the peanut butter mousse by blending together 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 Tbsp smooth, unsweetened, peanut butter and 1 packet of sweetener. Fold in 2 Tbsp single cream until soft peaks form. Add to 2 glass dishes. Whip up 2 tbsp double cream and top the mousse then grate over 1/2 Atkins Milk Chocolate bar
