Treat yourself to this sticky salted caramel sauce made using our Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll bars! This delicious recipe was perfectly created by Megan Ellam from Mad Creations.

  • 2 Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll bars (roughly chopped)
  • 40g of dark choc chips
  • 3-4 tablespoons of heavy cream 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt flakes

Place the Atkins Caramel Choc Nut Roll bars, dark chocolate and cream in a heat safe bowl. Heat in microwave on high for 45-60 seconds. Stir to combine.

Add vanilla and salt flakes and stir until smooth and fudgey. Pour over desserts such as low carb ince cream, cheesecake or add to your favourite thickshakes and smoothies.
