Ingredients
400 ml can of coconut milk
2 tsp Thai red curry paste
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
80 grams peanut butter (without added sugar)
2-3dropsliquid stevia (optional)

Method
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan until smooth. Bring to a boil. Let simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes until the sauce is of desired consistency.
Taste and add more soy sauce if you think it needs more salt.
