This satay sauce is so easy to make and works with chicken, seafood and beef.

Ingredients
  •  400 ml can of coconut milk

  • 2 tsp Thai red curry paste

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce

  • 80 grams peanut butter (without added sugar)

  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan until smooth. Bring to a boil. Let simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes until the sauce is of desired consistency.
  2. Taste and add more soy sauce if you think it needs more salt.
