Ingredients
  • 400 g. ground turkey
  • 1.5 onion, fresh, med
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger root
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 250 g. chinese cabbage
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 splenda
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 8 romaine leaf
Preparations:

Brown the turkey and onions in a wok. Add the ginger, garlic and cabbage, stir-fry 2 minutes. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a small bowl then add to the wok. Cook and stir fry for 1-2 mins. Roll up into lettuce leaves to enjoy.
