These bacon and cheese topped pork chops are super delicious! Serve with your favourite low carb vegetable for a yummy mid-week dinner.

Ingredients
  • 6 bone-in pork chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 9 bacon slices diced and cooked
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Preparations:
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic.
  • Brush oil and garlic over pork chops with a pastry brush.
  • Bake at 220°C for about 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked
  • Remove pork chops from the oven and sprinkle cheese and cooked bacon bits on top. Let rest for 3 minutes to allow cheese to melt before serving.
  • Serve warm.
