Ingredients
  • 14 slices of bacon (make sure the bacon is not cured with sugar)
Preparations:
  • Preheat the oven to 150 °C (fan assisted), or 170 °C (conventional).

  • Twist the bacon slices and then transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper

  • Place in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, rotating the bacon twists once or twice to ensure even baking.

  • Remove from the oven and let the bacon twists cool down slightly before serving.

  • Eat warm or cold. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
