Super easy to make and a great tasty snack!
Preheat the oven to 150 °C (fan assisted), or 170 °C (conventional).
Twist the bacon slices and then transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper
Place in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, rotating the bacon twists once or twice to ensure even baking.
Remove from the oven and let the bacon twists cool down slightly before serving.
Eat warm or cold. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
