Ingredients
  • 600 grams chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup celery, diced (one large rib)
  • 1/3   cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparations:

       • In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, Dijon, sea salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
       • Serve on fresh lettuce leaves
