This Crock Pot Reuben Dip is so easy to make with just a few ingredients. Serve with celery stalks or other low carb vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned) 
  • 115g Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 teaspoons Mustard 
  • 1/3 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Ketchup 
  • 115g Corned Beef Brisket (Cured)
Method

  1. Shred swiss cheese. Drain sauerkraut.
  2. In a small saucepan blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, horseradish and unsweetened ketchup until combined. Add the corned beef, siwss cheese and sauerkraut. Mix to distribute all ingredients. 
  3. Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts and it is warmed through. Place into a 2-cup capacity small crockpot to stay warm about 10 minutes before serving. Alternatively it may be placed in an oven proof bowl and heated at 175°C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately. Serve with celery stalks or other vegetables.
