This is the classic naturally low carb dressing for a Caesar salad made with Romaine lettuce but is yummy with other lettuce varieties too.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 15 grams of finely diced anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
Method
Each serving is 2 Tbsp.
 
  1. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, anchovies, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
