Ingredients
  • 6 hot dogs (check they are low carb with no more then 2g of carbs per sausage)
  • 6 pieces romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons of Amercian mustard (½ tablespoon per hotdog)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar free ketchup (½ tablespoon per hotdog)
  • Optional: Grated cheese
Preparations:
  • Grill hot dogs according to package instructions.
  • Place hot dogs in romaine leaves and top with red onion, mustard and no sugar tomato sauce. Add grated cheese for even more flavour!
