2 cucumbers, peeled, halved and sliced
2 tbsp fresh dill
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
0.25tsp Salt
0.25tsp Black pepper
185g canned tuna in oil
2 hard boiled egg (cut in half)

Method
In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, salt, pepper, dill, olive oil, lemon juice. Top with flaked tuna and a hard boiled egg. Serve or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
