Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, halved and sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25tsp Salt
  • 0.25tsp Black pepper
  • 185g canned tuna in oil
  • 2 hard boiled egg (cut in half)

Method

  • In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, salt, pepper, dill, olive oil, lemon juice. Top with flaked tuna and a hard boiled egg. Serve or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
